Katie Parr , acted for a client who received £1,000 following the substandard extraction of her LR5. During the extraction the Defendant failed to take a radiograph to see whether the tooth could easily be extracted.

The client’s LR5 fractured and the root apex was left in situ. The Defendant dentist failed to inform the client or provide any advice of the potential problems this may cause the client. The client subsequently developed an infection and had to make an emergency appointment for the removal of the root, whilst she was on holiday.
