Steve Wake acted for a 43 year old woman who was advised that her tooth needed crowning. After the tooth was crowned, the woman experienced pain in her crowned tooth and attended the dentist. Upon seeing another dentist at the practice, she was informed that the root of the tooth was infected and the crown was of poor quality.
