About Sophia

Sophia is a Paralegal Paralegal (ACILEx) in our Dental negligence team, based in our Bath office.

She acts for clients pursuing claims relating to negligent dental treatment such as failed restorations, substandard root canal treatment and chemical burns. In addition to her own caseload, Sophia also assists Naomi and Samantha with complex high value claims.

Sophia joined The Dental Negligence Team at RWK Goodman in 2018. Working alongside senior fee earners, she gained a vast experience of both dental and clinical negligence, and proved to be invaluable in the progression of client’s cases. Since being promoted to Paralegal and running her own caseload, Sophia has helped clients who have experienced negligent dental care to secure the compensation they deserve.

Sophia’s legal career began in 2012, working as a Legal Secretary at Nalders Solicitors. She then worked at DAC Beachcroft from 2013 to 2018. Sophia has a degree in Biomedical Science from Oxford Brookes University and has long held an avid interest in all areas of health and medicine. She completed her legal studies with CILEx. Working in Clinical Negligence, she is able to combine her medical knowledge and legal background in a role that is fulfilling, interesting and rewarding.
