Background

Samantha graduated from Reading University with a degree in Law and later undertook her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of West of England. Samantha obtained previous experience working at personal injury firms, before joining the Dental Negligence Team in 2013.

 

Areas of expertise

Samantha has several years of experience of dealing with various types of dental claims, having joined the team in 2013. Samantha has a varied case load and is able to deal with all types of claims, ranging in value and type.

Having worked in the dental team for a number of years, Samantha is able to get to grips with complex dental cases and ensure that the appropriate experts are instructed and that all areas of potential injury are fully investigated. For example, in some cases this may involve seeking input from a Consultant Psychiatrist to determine if a client has been mentally affected by the dental treatment that they have received.

 

Education

Samantha studied Law at Reading University. She later completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of the West of England, Bristol.
