During Franceska’s prior legal experience, she has assisted on cases involving Trans-Vaginal Mesh (TVM), Hormonal Pregnancy Testing (HPT) and Essure. Her current experience consists of a variety of clinical negligence, dental negligence, personal injury, medical liability, environmental and social justice cases.
Franceska works on a variety of dental and clinical negligence claims, covering all aspects of dental care including substandard root canal treatments, delay in diagnosis of various dental conditions and orthodontic claims.
