Stephanie started working as a Legal Assistant within our Dental Negligence Team in November 2017 before commencing her role as a Paralegal within the team in July 2019. Stephanie was then promoted to Senior Paralegal in 2022. She acts for clients pursuing negligence claims in relation to all aspects of dental treatment.

Background

Stephanie graduated from University of the West of England (UWE) with a degree in law, before completing her Legal Practice Course at the same university. Stephanie joined our Dental Negligence team in autumn 2017 as a Legal Assistant before commencing her role as a Paralegal in July 2019. Stephanie previously had experience in a similar role at a well-known Bristol firm.

Stephanie has experience within the field of dental negligence and dealing with these specialist types of cases.

In particular, she has helped clients where they have suffered from a delay in diagnosis of decay leading to wider complications; wrongful tooth extractions and substandard root canal treatments (amongst others).
