Katie Parr acted for H, who received £10,000 following substandard cosmetic dental treatment H received. The Defendant inappropriately restored the Claimant’s teeth, which caused them to fracture. H suffered unnecessary pain and suffering and the loss of her UR2 and UL3.

There was a failure by the Defendant dentist to follow an appropriate treatment plan for the Claimant, given the condition of H’s dentition and unusual occlusion.
