Rebecca Callard acted for a 46 year old woman who sustained a nerve injury whilst undergoing a dental procedure. Our client underwent a bone grafting procedure in preparation for a placement of an implant at the site of a missing tooth.

During this procedure, the Defendant caused damage to our client’s inferior alveolar nerve. This has resulted in our client suffering from permanent numbness to the left side of her lower lip, chin and mouth. We successfully obtained £13,000 to compensate our client for her injuries.
