Katie Parr acted for a 50 year old woman, who received £43,000 after receiving substandard dental treatment between 2006 and 2010. The Defendant diagnosed the client’s periodontal condition but then failed to provide the appropriate treatment for her condition. The Defendant also provided three substandard root canal treatments.

As a result of the Defendant’s negligence, the client required re-root canal treatment and new crowns to 3 teeth front teeth, and suffered the loss of 5 front teeth. All the client’s front teeth were damaged or lost due to the Defendant’s treatment, and this caused the client to suffer from depression. The client required CBT to enable her recovery.
