Katie Parr acted for a woman who received £27,500 for a substandard root canal treatment to her UL4. The dentist failed to take any pre-operative x-rays and perforated the root of the tooth during the procedure. The perforation allowed sodium hypochlorite to escape into the client’s mouth, which caused a cosmetic deformity on the left side of the her face.
