Steve Wake acted for a 33-year old man who received £3,200 following the incorrect extraction of a tooth. The Claimant attended the dentist for the extraction of his lower left lateral incisor in order to be fitted for a brace; the dentist instead extracted his lower left central incisor in error.

This resulted in the loss of a healthy tooth and the need for a root canal for his lower left lateral incisor.
