Samantha Swaby, acted for a client who received £9,500 for the failure of his dentist to diagnose and treat decay to his UR6 and LR6. The client had been a regular attender with his dentist, and it was only after his dentist retired that he was made aware of the failings.

The client also discovered that a crown that had been provided to his UR6 was of a poor fit. This resulted in the Claimant requiring the extraction of his UR6 and there was a possibility that the client may lose his LR6.
